correspondence between you and your lady, video conference translation,
3-way phone call translation (includes all long distance phone charges),
general and legal document translation, notarization and legalization,

Correspondence service is free for ladies. You just have to choose the
membership plan that matches you. We always try to do our service perfect and available.
The system of payments works automatically if it is a membership plan for 1 month
(a recurring bills). If you decide to change your membership plan
(e.g. from "Special" or "Basic" to a "Confidential" plan)
or to stop correspondence (e.g. for a vacation time) after few months of corresponding,
you should just contact us (write a letter or make a call). We will do it as soon as
possible.
When we receive your letter to one of the ladies at our agency, our correspondence
manager contacts the lady by phone and tell her that she got a mail. Then she comes to our
office (it can take from 1 to 5 days for her to come depending on her availability) and
she writes a reply to you in Russian on a paper. She doesn't use a computer to correspond
with you. Then this letter is translated by our staff, and we send you a translated version.
